Artisan dollhouse miniature upholstered chair by Ferd Sobol in 1/12 scale made of hardwoods and upholstered in a cream fabric, which, unfortunately has some light staining as shown in the photographs. Otherwise, this is a perfectly perfect chair with carved curved legs and detailed carved back in a light brown wood stain. This piece is used in from an estate collection,and as described above has some staining on the upholstery Welcome to the final portion of my latest estate sale filled with Minspirational Miniatures from the estate of Mrs. Zoe Breiner, an East Coast collector who spent many years traveling around the country and curating an assortment of wonderful small-scale treasures. The sale includes mostly 1/12 scale high-quality dollhouse miniatures in 10 categories including fine scale furniture, accessories, pottery, silver, paintings and more. There are also many well-known miniaturists represented in the sale including Natasha Beshencovksy, Mark Gooch, Paul Saltarelli, Gideon Wolf, Betty Valentine, Roger Gutheil, Nicole Walton Marble, George Hoffman, Ralph Partelow, Ed Norton, Oldham Studios, Orvin Fjare, Susanne Russo, Marie Torrones and many others! Note: the pieces featured in this sale are used and pre-owned and sold AS IS. The pieces are mostly in good to very good condition or otherwise noted. Some pieces are in excellent condition. Some pieces may show expected signs of wear and tear due to their age and may need some light cleaning upon arrival. High resolution photos are provided for each listing, and you are encouraged to enlarge the photos for a detailed viewing of each piece that you are interested in before choosing to place a bid. I am more than happy to answer any questions that you might have before the sale ends and endeavor to provide a quick reply. While I aim to provide as honest and as detailed a description as possible, I hold no guarantee with respect to value, origin, condition, or measurement. Significant imperfections are noted, and all measurements are approximate. Remember: dollhouse miniatures have very small parts and are not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Your bid is your contract to buy, and all sales are final. Please try and pay for your wins as soon as possible as I aim to pack and ship all orders within the first few days after a sale but no later than (4) days after receiving payment. I combine shipments and refund back any shipping cost difference. I also handle all the wrapping and packing of the miniatures myself for safest transport, and I deliver each package to the post office myself. Insurance is required to be paid by buyer for lots/combined shipments valued over $300.
