Instead of searching for a precarious stool, you simply unfold your chair and transform it into a sturdy ladder. All of this can be accomplished with a fabulous library ladder chair, such as this! This is a superb, one-of-a-kind handmade creation which was made and signed by the talented miniature IGMA Fellow, Ferd Sobol. The frame is opulently carved with scrolled details and a handsome, rich stained finish. The soft white glove leather upholstery on the seat and backrest is the perfect finishing touch. It dates back to the 1990s.*This listing includes the Ladder Chair, as described only. Any other prop items shown are not included, but are displayed for scale.*This miniature came from a wonderful lifetime, BEAUTIFUL miniature collection, all collected by one incredible woman, Grace. She was passionate about artisan made miniatures. Her collection consists of thousands of the most incredible pieces, there are notes and receipts with most every miniature as well as correspondence letters from artists. It is an honor to bring her collection to miniature dollhouse collectors. As with all artisan pieces, there was only ONE made, so if you are interested, there won't be a second chance to acquire some of the most special and amazing dollhouse treasures I personally have seen.
