Vintage Artisan Miniature Dollhouse IGMA Ferd Sobol RARE 5 Piece Hepplewhite Style Dining Set 1986What a wonderful and rare dining room set by the late, Ferd Sobol. The color is vibrant and the Hepplewhite styling and carving is fantastic. Everything is in perfect, never displayed condition. This is a 5 piece set as it's best to keep these together. The table looks as if it is on fire. As always, Ferd was an exceptional craftsman and this set is not less than exceptional. Each chair is hand carved with silk covered seats, two with arms and two without arms. Just a beautiful, unusual set. *This listing includes table with 4 chairs, as described only. Any other prop items shown are not included, but are displayed for scale.*This miniature came from a wonderful lifetime, STUNNING miniature collection, all collected by Mesha and Clifford of New York. This amazing collection of treasured pieces will take some time to list, but they are worth the wait. The 1980s through the 1990s were one of the most interesting time periods in the miniature market, so many artists making their debut...this collection was curated during this time by going to shows, writing the artists and boarding planes to retrieve their long awaited treasures.
