This Tynietoy fenced-in yard was offered (for $5.00 in 1930) with the Tynietoy Nantucket house. This piece is very old and in original condition. The cream-colored paint is very fragile. Indeed, paint loss can be seen on the gate post in the main photo. Additionally, four posts are missing (photo 5). These condition issues, such as they are, would not dissuade me from this piece if I had one of the Nantucket house replicas.
